« Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

« The house was wonderful and the yard was amazing. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The backyard was huge and absolutely beautiful.Jorge the caretaker was wonderful and very helpful.The only problem we had was the location. On the VRBO site it said it was a 5 minute walk to town and the lake, it was not. It would take approximately 30/45 minutes to walk to town/lake and you would have to walk on a very busy hiway, by car it took about 10 minutes.But, if we were to go to Pucón...
