« I was very impressed with the property, this has been my best visit there! They fixed all of the issues that I dealt with in the passed and now I can recommend this property to friends and family. The room was clean and even though it is a smoking room they too extra precautions to make sure the room smelled amazing! »

« chambre 17 exécutive puis chambre 15 de luxe à l'étage pour les 2 grande et belle chambre calme bonne clim idem pour la wifi, grand placard avec nombreux tiroirs, petit coffre fort, grand lit avec bonne literie, salle de bain (douche) correct la différence dans la 17 grand frigo et plaques de cuisson dans la 15 petit frigo pas de plaque hotel d' un excellent rapport qualité prix bon staff »

« The place was nasty, dirty, bed unmade, bugs in the window sill, pillows soiled. The host finally said she would come in and clean and all she did was mop and put sheets on the bed. No wiping anything down, no emptying the trash, same dirty pillows, etc.The condo was not named Tierra Javier, it was actual called The Founder Plaza Apartments. We were delayed and checking in, the place was hard to find, and the hose claim that she was not prepared to take guests because Expedia did not notify her....
