No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. »

« The apartment in Milan was very clean and had the basics like towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, but no soap. Check-in was online only, and we had some confusion on arrival since the front desk staff didn’t know which apartment we were in and the host wasn’t responsive right away. We eventually figured it out and got settled. The location is convenient and close to the train station, but be aware you can hear trains throughout the night.
