« First off, we didn’t have working batteries in the garage remote. When I reached out, I never got an answer. I reserved for 11, got 8 towels. I had to share towels. That was not necessary. Futon bed was broken. I had to share a bed with all my kids. That’s 5 in one. Not a very comfortable night. They couldn’t sleep in the living room cause the AC was not working in that area.
