« The host seemed nice. The appartement needs updates. Kitchen was worn down, shower-head was leaking all over the bathroom. There were stains on pretty much every furniture. Otherwise the inside was ok. The outside though…. Dirty pool, unmaintained property. Some of the building were almost looking scary. Outside furniture in really bad shape… I will skip some details. Disappointing for the price. »

« The condo without a doubt is beautiful and has everything you could expect in a Renato like this. First class honestly and a great value for the money! We will stay here again and recommend it. Only thing negative possible and it’s real: the outside paint on these condos is in bad shape and to see a photo of the outside and then walk up through these neglected exteriors of the property and realize how bad it looks, is a bit frightening. The Association needs to improve this. That brings said...
