Province de Kvemo Kartli - Réservez votre week-end en appart'hôtel

« Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets. »

« They did not send check-in instructions one day before as they promised. So I contacted them in the chat one day before, they replied that they would send all information. But when they still didn’t do it the night of arrival, I contacted them again but didn’t receive answer on chat or phone. We went in to the neighboring hotel, and they said this was the fifth time this week this had happened with HB Elementa; poor guests arriving without being able to contact them, and not being able to...

« We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together. »

« Arrivé en pleine nuit et reparti au petit matin, une equipe toujours presente et a votre ecoute. J avais quelques demandes logistiques qui ont ete tres gentillement repondues avec plaisir et service de qualité »

« This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...

« Outdated and noisy, these flats have zero soundproofing so your day starts at 8 am when cleaners start cleaning other rooms whether you want it or not »

« We really could have used some informations before arrival. There is no reception as promised and no sign at all. Came in the middle of the night and vouldn’t find it. Finally got the informations on WatsApp. This is NOT a hotel. The apartment was nice and on a good location. »

« It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price. »
