« This lovely, boutique hotel was perfect. A real oasis tucked away from the street. My room was huge and I loved my deck on the pond. It was a perfect sitting area. A really nice feature was the courtyard around my room with outdoor bathtub! Pool area was really nice and not crowded. Breakfast by the pond was great. We used the free bikes that were offered to tour around. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my booking that was discovered upon check in...

« 1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places. 3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach...
