« Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . »

« POSITIVE: Wi-Fi is good, very good. There are fast food restaurants nearby...Hot water is available. Rooms are clean. The TV and Remote worked just fine. The room smells so good. Bed is comfortable, and there is kettle for tea/coffee. I enjoyed my stay, and I can book this place again. NEGATIVE: There is no freedom of movement. « Could not get into the accommodation. Bell at the gate not functional. Posted contact number on the confirmation slip not accessible. Tried hundred times on different occasions on the 4th May and on the 5th May and gave up. Had to look for alternative accommodation on the 4th. Processing to recover my money through relevant authorities. »

"Le cadre est trÚs bien ... mais le personnel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Tout est fait pour qu'on consomme au bar/restaurant (aucun frigo ni bouilloire ... alors que c'est la norme au Botswana). Il n'y a pas de climatisation et le ventilateur ne sert à rien ... Il y a eu une panne de courant pendant 24h00 et donc aussi une coupure d'eau : aucun groupe électrogÚne pour prendre le relais et les grands reservoirs d'eau n avaient pas été remplis .... "
