« We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. « We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before."
