Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was.

Superbe expérience, nous avons été surclassés en One Bedroom sea view first line. L’appartement et la vue étaient superbes. Communication facile avec le staff et la plage The Chedi est très bien. Le site dans l’ensemble est une très belle découverte. Le seul point c’est de ne pas proposer de petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel moyennant un supplément.

Le service et le personnel sont vraiment très bien La salle de sport est pas mal Les Chambre sont assez bien mais ce sont des appartements Hotel. Elles sont équipée de cuisine. Attendez-vous avoir des odeurs de personnes qui cuisinent dans les alentours. Par exemple, nous étions fin d’après-midi dans la piscine extérieure au rez-de-chaussée. Vous avez les chambres et nous devions supporter les odeurs de cuisine des personnes se trouve dans une des chambres. La plage est très médiocre, ce n’est pas une plage de l’hôtel comme on peut croire sur les photos, mais une plage partagée avec des résidences et des gens qui ne sont pas de l’hôtel Ne surtout pas prendre les chambres au premier étage, car plutôt que d’avoir une vue sur la mer vous avez une vue sur un parc de jeux pour enfants
