« Loved our stay at HBV. The location was perfect - gorgeous mountain and waterfall views off the primary bedroom and living room balconies (with tropical bird visitors every morning), ocean views from the breakfast nook, and across the street from a lookout to Makana. Hideaways Beach and the 1 Hotel Hanalei beach were close too. We were appreciative of the liquid hand soaps in every bathroom, generous samples of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shower gel too. « Great villa for a small family. Easy walk to the 1 Hotel for dinner/drinks. Villa has everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Only negative is the roosters in the morning (villa cant control)!!! Thanks »

« The house is amazing and the views are stunning from every room. The labeling of everything and instructions were very helpful, they supplied all the necessities and were very responsive with any questions/communication. We loved our welcome basket too! The location and neighborhood are great. « Well presented open plan main floor with patio that overlooks Makai golf course. Downstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with laundry area. All well maintained and clean. Dealing with property manager was exceptional and was very responsive to texts. Nearby beach about a 2-3 minute walk down the side of a hotel. Beautiful views across Hanalei bay. »

« The resort property is gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood is immaculate. We left this morning and I am already missing it! The host was very helpful. We had a discrepancy with the resort fees, but she was extremely responsive, apologetic and took care of the issue. Thank you for a wonderful first time on Kauai!!! »

« We had a quick, but nice 1-night stay at the Cliffs. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - check-in, parking, room/cleanliness. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area. If we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten on the tennis or pickleball courts. Recommend for a couple or family. There’s no quick, walkable beach access - so definitely need a car. »

"Décidément après l’as Vegas vue sur les ventilateurs de la piscine ,j’ai du rajouter 200€ pour avoir une vue plus agréable.j’ai fait 23 h d’avion pour me retrouver sur une île de paradis,mais la chambre réservée avec une vue sur les buanderies énormes de l’hôtel.vraiment j’ai bien compris votre système de réservation.les chambres que si j’avais réservé en direct avec l’hôtel je n’en aurais jamais voulu.votre cotât de réservation comprend les chambres nulles.attendez le prochain commentaire sur mon hôtel d’aujourd’hui ! J’attends vraiment un surclassement ou même une chambre normale pour un client normal,être gold chez vous n’apporte vraiment aucun avantages sinon 3 nuits gratuites toutes les 30 nuits acheter sur votre site,je prefere payer en direct et avoir un peu plus de considération.les hotels vous annonce de suite que ma réservation correspond au site hotels.com.à très vite pour mon commentaire sur ma chambre d’aujourd’hui,j’en rigole déjà "
