Explore the free-form lagoon pool overlooking Hanalei Bay and surrounded by waterfalls, lush tropical gardens, and a spa tucked away in a grotto carved from volcanic rock. Walk down the path toward the bay, and you'll find a second, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. THINGS TO KNOW
Guest is responsible for paying front desk fees when staying at Hanalei Bay Resort ($25/day + GET and $20/day + GET for parking and a $50 one time Check in fee). This is a separate transaction between the guest and the resort and is subject to change and beyond our control.

This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. There is no elevator. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Resort Amenities:
Some resort amenities may have temporary closures or modified operations as restoration work continues. Bali Hai Restaurant and Happy Talk Lounge may remain closed or operate with limited service and hours. Positive Coffee is open and ready to welcome our Owners and Guests, although hours may be limited.

Hurricane Recovery:
You may notice that some areas do not look quite as lush or vibrant as you remember, as you travel throughout the island. CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
