« The overall stay would rate a D-
The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm.
Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didnât seem to care nor offered anything besides we âchecked it out and everything is fineâ. We asked for a different room...
