« I couldn’t stay because the location was way further away from my destination…I called right after booking, the manager approved a refund which I never received, I have travel insurance but seems that’s not valid on this cases? »

« Overall, the hotel was nice, updated and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the shower head; it needed to be replaced as it was all over the place and not much water pressure. I had to turn the handle all the way and the water wasn’t as hot as it could be. The hotel is right off the highway which is nice but also loud at times. We stayed more towards the opposite end of the highway and could still hear traffic at night. I’d stay here again but would either ask for a room...

« The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property is in need of some updates and painting. The owners did say that it would have been a lot cheaper if we would have booked through them, as they offer a local rate. »

« Staff was unbothered , seemed annoyed we were there . Rooms were dirty , bedding was unwashed . Tub was moldy , towel rack was broken off . People were drinking right outside of our window , we asked to be moved we had just gotten there , and they refused . I would absolutely not stay there again . We were traveling and decided to stay last minute , would not recommend. »
