« À mon arrivée il n'y avait personne à l'accueil, j'ai du cogner sur le comptoir pour que quelqu'un vienne. Lorsque je suis entrée dans la chambre j'ai trouvé plusieurs grands cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain et des tâches de sang sur le couvr lit. L'employé à la réception m'a donné une autre chambre . La literie est désuète. Le tapis des endroits publics est dégueulasse. Le petit déjeuner (french toast très sec, mais omelette maison très bonne). Le service de la serveuse au petit déjeuner...

« Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...

« Our stay at Abby's place was good overall. Communication was excellent, and host responded quickly to our questions. Location is great-- close to everything and easy to get to. The unit is clean and well-lit. It was dry and had no musty odour (as some basements can have.) Beds were quite comfortable.
