« there are multiple things that went wrong with this. we tried contacting the host and they were not communicative at all. the biggest issue which was the most difficult to overlook was the smell. it smelled like sewer and septic. at some point we finally got somebody in a housekeeper who verified that it smelled. but they never did anything to help us out. then later when I called VRBO to share my experience the host lied about what had happened. additionally the pictures for our specific room...

« Really good value. Very clean. Property mgt team communicates well. Only issue fir me were- really no where to walk dogs accept along super busy street and the property had a serious sewer smell throughout. Nit sure if it was just that weekend or always »

« We absolutely loved the place, the outdoor areas are fantastic, the pool is great, the jacuzzi was amazing, we had an issue with the oven on our unit and they changed us to another one right away, the best part was the person who attended us, Joaquin was absolutely amazing, his customer service and hospitality is 11/10, we will be coming back because of it, he made us feel so welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed!, if you have the opportunity to visit this place DO, you won’t regret...

« The rooms were very clean and set up very nicely. The location was great for those wanting to stay close to puerto nuevo. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was very well kept and the pool was always clean. The only downfall would be that there was no air conditioning only ceiling fans and the heat hindered our experience. »

« When arriving to check in, we were greeted by Joaquin, super friendly guy, very attentive to all the tenants. Also the night shift man, didn’t catch his name but both of their kind hearted made all the experience of the stay very comfortable. Overall the stay was relaxing. 100% would come back and recommend to others. »

« Nice place the only thing since it's a condo slash timeshare the place needs a better upkeep on the jacuzzies been broken for a while and some stuff is run down..other than that the warm pool and the other stuff like the other working hot tubs are nice. Be nice if the place had a bar on sight or place to eat. »

« I had a difficult time at the border which made me arrive late in a very stressed out state. The night guard met me at the gate & directed me in. He helped me with my baggage, set up my wi fi & made me feel comfortable. The other 2 guards were awesome throughout my 1 month stay who offer assistance to many needs. The decor was tasteful. The weekend guests were nice to mingle with. Weekday were quiet & relaxing.Very pet friendly. Only disappointment- no good beach access & the area to walk...

« I was overcharged. Given the wrong address and had a massive issue finding the actual apartment. Been unable to properly contact hosts. Until they sort this out I would avoid this property. »
