Chalets à Prienai

« Great time spent in family. Nothing to add. »

« Our stay at Harmony Park Spa had both highs and lows. Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. Even though I provided my confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, the staff could not find it, and it took approximately 45 minutes to get us checked in. Throughout the process, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or answering our questions. I also asked on five separate occasions about booking a horseback riding lesson, but never received any assistance or...

« Indre from reception was really friendly and helpful, would go an extra mile. The other member of staff Arvydas wasn’t so nice. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, however one big disappointment was that windows didn’t open. And I prefer fresh air over the AC. It would be nice if this would be included in booking information. »
