« This break was superb. We were additionally blessed with the best Autumn weather I can recall. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. A relaxed stay with ease of access to Hereford ,and we were spared any rains and fords. »

« We didn’t have hot water for our stay but the weather was nice all weekend so not too much of an issue. Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. Overall it was well priced and in a great location for easy access to Hereford whilst still being in the countryside. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbours. Our two dogs had a great time staying there too! »

The only (very slight) downside is the restricted parking on the Homend - but there are a number of both short and long stay car parks within an easy walking distance. « I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. « We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work...

« Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area. Various supermarkets and a chemist are nearby. Also a convenience store, pubs and a fish & chip shop. A short walk takes one to a large park...

« This is a lovely cottage and very cosy and warm. It's also near lots of attractions. It was very nice to be able to take my friend's dog who seemed to enjoy herself too. The main door was quite hard to lock and unlock as it's stiff but I broke my right wrist in August so that probably didn't help matters. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage to others and I would certainly revisit myself. »

« We had a lovely week in this ancient, but brilliantly renovated cottage. Clean, cosy, but spacious, with a lovely log burner. Nothing about it was poky, and although there was only one room downstairs it was modern, and open plan, and we felt that we had masses of space - a family of four, plus dogs ! Perfect, sheltered garden, wonderful views, and within 5 mins of Leominster, and Bromyard - not much further to Hereford and Ludlow, although we headed to the hills of Kington, and Offas Dyke.
