North Star Acres is a cozy cabin on 17 acres, perfect for families looking to getaway and enjoy the Arizona scenery. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is equipped with modern day amenities while still making it seem like you're on a grand adventure. North Star Acres is located on the outskirts of town making it a great place for viewing Native wildlife, stargazing and relaxation. Here you are surrounded by open space filled with beautiful Arizona sky, native trees and mountain views.

Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find peace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.

Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those for the adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: Here you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart tv. Cozy up to a good book next to the wood fireplace.

Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possibly need to feel at home.
Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster, blender.

Bathroom: Located off the living room it features a claw-foot tub perfect and plenty of storage space.

Downstairs Bedroom: A king sized bed, small tv, dresser and a closet.

Loft Bedroom: Features a queen sized bed, a twin day bed with twin trundle, small tv and small desk.

Loft Bathroom: Located off the upstairs bedroom, it features a shower and plenty of storage.

Laundry room: Off the main living space you will find the stacked washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

OUTSIDE
The back yard is surrounded by a fence featuring an alligator juniper to provide lots of shade for the small sitting area. It is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. A great spot to enjoy your morning coffee is the front porch with various seating areas including two hanging pod chairs. The deck has a covered area and a retractable shade covering on the eastside, enjoy the sun or seek shade during the warmer months. The side deck overlooks onto the children's play area complete with climbing area and swing set.

*Other things to note:*
Please note, this property requires travelers to be on approximately 3 miles of dirt road. This is a graded road, however does have wash board at certain times of the year.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee of $115, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.
It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached by phone 24/7, please call or text with any questions or concerns, the number may be found in the guest book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES

•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
