Coronado House - Unit B, downstairs unit w/sauna. 2 bed, 1 bath

Nestled in a quiet historic district just 1/2 mile to the courthouse square, whiskey row, restaurants, and shopping. A short 5-10 minute drive to lakes and hiking trails. The Coronado House is divided into two separate vacation rentals. This space is the lower unit of Coronado House and features 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom with sauna, dining room, wood fireplace, washer/dryer, and a cozy living room w/ access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu or sign into your own account.

There are two large bedrooms which offer ample space for guests including those with small children. We have a blow up mattress to use in one of the rooms or the living room for over 4 guests. We also have a pack-and-play for toddlers. Please understand that this is an older house and because of that, it's easy to hear the guests from the upstairs unit walking around (much like an older apartment). We advise both units to keep noise down but some noise is inevitable (99% of the time, people dont have any complaints about it). However, if you experience too loud of noise, contact us so we can relay that to the other unit. Other times, you may hear music from downtown (during big events in the summer), because of that we have dohm sound machines in the bedrooms to help. However, it's typically quiet as long as doors/windows are shut.
The newly renovated bathroom features a large garden tub with chandelier, sauna, and stand up shower. The house is located within walking distance to downtown Prescott and several local bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Thumb Butte. ***** Understand there is potential for noise. Coronado House is an older house and as such you will likely hear people walking around in the top unit. Aside from footsteps, it's expressed to both units to keep noise down. If there are any issues make sure to contact us. *****
There are no dogs allowed including service animals, due to health concerns. If you have questions please refer to policy regarding service animals.

During winter, snow may cover the alleyway making it difficult to access with a RWD car... pay attention to weather impacting your stay and if needed you can always park along the street and walk to the Airbnb. Not being able to drive in snow does not warrant a refund.
Lastly, the fireplace and charcoal grill may not be available to you during the summer as we can go in and out of fire restrictions. We'll try to keep you updated, otherwise look up Prescott AZ Fire Restrictions online to see updated info.
