"Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. However, there were several issues: - The address provided was incorrect and led us about 2 km away from the actual location. The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold. Since the building is made of stone and poorly insulated, the electric heater provided was not powerful enough to warm the room during the night. - Breakfast was very limited. - Weak internet"

"Nice hotel and comfortable room, but there are several drawbacks. • The hotel is close to the city center, however the distance of 800 m from the center is a very steep uphill road that is difficult even by car. The alternative, easier road is at least 4 km longer. • Breakfast starts at 9:00, which is quite late. When we arrived at 9:00, there was no one at reception and the doors were still closed, while it was raining outside. The lady came at 9:20 so we had a late breakfast before taking a long road to another city. • The shower water pressure is very weak, and there was no hot water in the room"
