Disappointing valet experience — be careful leaving your vehicle here. We arrived Friday, used valet, checked in, and trusted the casino with our vehicle and key fob. Unfortunately, this turned into a very stressful experience. Due to an issue with our original room assignment, we were moved to a different room. We enjoyed our weekend, and we absolutely loved the steakhouse, but checkout completely changed our experience. When we went to leave Sunday, we were told we had already picked up our vehicle — which was not true. Our vehicle was still there, and the valet department had lost our key fob. We were told they tried contacting us, but they only had the incorrect room number, and no one made an effort to page us or locate us after knowing there was an issue with our vehicle. Our vehicle had been sitting out front all weekend, and we spent hours waiting for a solution. We were eventually provided an aftermarket remote by a locksmith instead of a proper replacement key fob. The remote did not work correctly, and the locksmith had to return to get the vehicle started. We were then offered the option to pay for another remote rather than having the issue properly resolved. Five days later, we are still waiting for answers. The story of what happened to our key fob has changed, and despite cameras and valet records, we still have no explanation of what happened or who handled the key. The customer service after the mistake was extremely disappointing. We expected better
