The holiday home was built in 1980 and carefully renovated in 2021 in a classic holiday home style, with a 10 m² annexe and a toilet attached to the annexe.



Enjoy summer outside on the 1,136 m² plot with a well-kept garden, terrace, and pavilion – ideal for sunny mornings and warm evenings with grilling and games. Only 300 meters to the water where you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim or scenic walks along the coast.



Feddet Beach, one of Zealand’s finest, is just 25 minutes away – offering sandy dunes and clear water, perfect for a full beach day with sun and ice cream.



The area is rich in experiences for both nature lovers and adventurers:

Explore nearby forests, cycle marked trails, or head out on the fjord (inlet) by kayak or boat. Only 10 km away lies the charming town of Præstø with cafés, shops, and a cozy harbor. Visit the Skovtårnet (Forest Tower) for a breathtaking view, or challenge yourself in Camp Adventure’s treetop course – both under 30 minutes away. Fishing enthusiasts will also find a lake nearby.
