« I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. »

« The check in process and communications were very efficient. The place was clean overall. The location was very convenient for my visit. The only complaint I have is that on two of my five nights, the apartment above me started playing loud music and thumping on the floor for about an hour around midnight, waking me up and preventing me from quickly returning g to sleep. »

« Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! »

« Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! »
