« If I was you ALL, BUDGET INNS are 2 steps away from staying in a homeless establishment . BED was good A/C barely worked . Restroom Stool was New . Rest room Door was off hinge , No towel rack . clean towels and rag. Shower was rusted out . I'm NOT a gripper I told my wife I was sorry for putting her in such , a Dive. »

« Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. « This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. « The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room.
