Villa Torre Baldo is a charming three-story ancient watch tower built sheer above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Torre Baldo you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Torre Baldo is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 400 meters (a quarter of a mile) from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet). You will reach Villa Torre Baldo from the beach along a 300-meters (985-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Torre Baldo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, a deck chair, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Positano.
Middle LevelLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In this room you will find an upright piano. The two dining tables can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. The ceiling of the kitchen has an height of 2.00 meters (6.5 feet). It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Mezzanine Level with bathroom
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 13 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa and an armchair. The mezzanine has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The ceiling has an height of 2.20 meters (7.2 feet). On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer. From the mezzanine level you will be able to enter the external stairway that leads to the first terrace through a French door. The mezzanine also has a window with a view of the sea and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the entrance hall through an access area. The ceiling has an height of 2.00 meters (6.5 feet). It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two small windows with a view of an adjacent street. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer.
Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano.
Bedroom 2 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a table that is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
