The villa lies in Positano, only 15 minutes from the town center (about 1.5 km.); Positano known as the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, with its views famous all over the world.

The white houses cling to the hill and overlook the sea towards the beach.

The peculiar architecture, made of narrow streets, subways, arcades, flights of stairs, the boutiques that offer the Positano style and, in addition the suggestive beach, are the main peculiarities of this important tourist destination not to be missed.

The pearl of the Amalfi Coast, the City of POSITANO, looks like a group of pastel houses clinging to the steep protrusions of the Lattari Mountains.

They reflect in the clear sea below, immersed in an intense lemon scent and bright and vivid bougainvillea colors.

A labyrinth of alleys and steps with small shops displaying the typical products of local crafts, which, together with the undisputed beauty of the landscape, have contributed to making Positano and the Amalfi Coast famous all over the world.

We refer to the fresh linen clothes in the “Positano fashion” style, the leather sandals, the colored ceramics and furthermore the famous Lemoncello.

The building is built on several floors: on the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms and other 3 on the upper floor.

Each bedroom is furnished with attention to detail, equipped with air conditioning, sea view and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The double bedroom on the ground floor also has a SPA area.

This room also has a private access to the flight of stairs which is a shortcut to reach the center of POSITANO in a few minutes.

The structure has a total of 6 refined bathrooms, 5 of which have a shower, while one is only a half bathroom.

On the lower floor, we have a large living room, furnished with Mediterranean-style furniture, with large windows from which you have an incredible view of the coast and the sea.

On the same floor we have a modern and well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine …), a dining area and a service bathroom.

From the living room you can access the terrace which has an outdoor dining area with a large table, ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, where you can eate all together, enjoying the splendid and romantic views that the Amalfi Coast offers.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, internet connection and telephone.

On request grocery shopping at home and chef.

The villa features a Jacuzzi located in the garden, ideal for relaxing moments surrounded by nature.

Please note that parking is not on the villa grounds but available at the “Carpinedo” parking area, approximately 5–6 minutes’ walk from the property.
Guests can take advantage of the free complimentary car delivery service offered by the owner directly to the villa.
If guests arrive with more than one car, a daily fee of €40 applies for the second vehicle.

Les points forts : Propreté
Two big negatives. No parking except what we could find on the street, and no comfortable area to hang out in. Ad said parking available and living room furniture. Neither of these were present. Host was fine, but didn’t really do anything about a gas leak in the kitchen / we had to turn off the gas to the stove ourselves. Could have been a huge hazard, didn’t warrant a response.
