We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

About 10–12 mins from St. John’s airport, 20–25 mins from downtown St. John’s, and minutes from Voisey’s Brook Park, the East Coast Trail, and St. Philip’s Beach. Perfect blend of rural calm with easy access to attractions.

Guests will have full access to the home via a smart lock. A unique access code will be sent prior to check-in. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and essentials are provided for your stay.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee

🚍 Public Transit (Metrobus): Currently, there is no direct Metrobus service to Portugal Cove-St. Philip's. The closest bus routes start in the neighboring city of St. John's (typically around Portugal Cove Road near the Airport or the Stavanger Drive area), which is about a 10-minute drive away.

🚖 Taxis & Rideshare: Local taxi companies like Conception Bay East Taxi serve the area directly. Larger St. John’s fleets (City Wide, Jiffy, etc.) and the Uber app are also available, though wait times may be longer than in the city center.

🚶 Walkability: This is a rural residential area with limited sidewalks. It is not within walking distance to shops, cafés, or nightlife. A vehicle is necessary for daily errands.
