Closer, however, is the particular Viste beach, where one of the best restaurants on the island is located, a point where the sea opens towards the gulf of Piombino giving a sensation of infinity.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Apartment with independent entrance on the raised ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and LCD TV. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, without windows, another bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, also without a window, both opening onto the living room. In this room there is a bathroom with sink, toilet with shower without bidet and shower with cubicle. The apartment is recently renovated, the ceiling with exposed beams evokes past atmospheres, set in a minimal context and decidedly more current furnishings.

- near one of the main squares, where there is a large paid car park, of which the first 20 minutes are free, perfect for a stop in unloading luggage
- from mid-June to mid-September limited traffic zone only in the evening/night hours (we can provide a ZTL pass for loading and unloading on the day of entry and day of departure, which does not allow parking in areas reserved for residents; the road in the historic center that allows access to the ZTL zone has narrow streets)

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €10 per day
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure. Travelers on foot who intend to rent bed and bathroom linen are asked to inform our staff at least 7 days in advance.
