For our customers we have a lovely little house located on the outskirts of Portoferraio, in a quiet location and in a strategic position, a couple of kilometers from all services and the first beaches, such as the renowned Gulf of Biodola with its three golden sandy beaches. It is an area immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, an ideal place for lovers of trekking (a short distance away there are several paths and the Villa of San Martino) and nature. The capital of the island is known for its panoramic views, historical significance and the wonderful white limestone beaches it offers. You will be in a very convenient position to also reach the Procchio side and the golden sandy inlet of Campo all'Aia and the entire Campo nell'Elba area, with its incredible Costa del Sole.

Apartment located on the first floor of a typical Tuscan country house, of about 80 square meters, you enter the living area, bright veranda and equipped with automatic awning and air conditioning where there is a double sofa bed, an additional 2-seater sofa and table with TV. Direct access to the eat-in dining room always air conditioned, where there is an additional sofa, second television, dining area with fireplace and modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (one air conditioned, while the triple is not because it faces north). Bathroom with window with Valentino tiles, large shower and bidet.
Garage available to guests where it is possible to park the car, and perfect for those traveling by motorbike or for those with bicycles.
You go along a path where there is the access staircase to the house and where there is an entrance terrace. On the left, going up another small staircase, there is a plateau surrounded by greenery with a view of the hills, where there is a BBQ area equipped for eating outdoors.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of Young People under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- In case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
