Welcome to my home!

This charming 85 m² house is ideally located near many of the city’s main attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants with diverse culinary options.

Spread across three independent floors, the house is designed to offer all the comfort and convenience you need to feel right at home.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and inviting living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine available.

On the lower ground floor, there’s an additional lounge space featuring a sofa bed and a pool table, a great spot to relax and have some fun with your group.

The top floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe, and one of them also has a desk, ideal if you need to catch up on some work. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and pleasant stay.

The bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and feel at home.

For your comfort, the house is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note that stairs are required to access both the lower and upper floors of the house.

There is private parking inside the property and an outdoor area with a table and chairs for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the Porto’s Salgueiros area, here you can relax at the leafy Quinta do Covelo park, perfect for walks and picnics. You’re close to downtown highlights like Clérigos Tower and the famous Livraria Lello. For local flavors, explore traditional restaurants and cafés along Rua de Costa Cabral.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
