The Classic PP Apartment is one of the apartments offered by Residence Julia, a complex with garden and driveway gate located within walking distance of Porto Cesareo`s seafront, accessible cliffs and the first sandy beach.
There are trees and manicured hedges in the large garden shared by all the apartments.
The vacation home is located on the second floor. It has a large terrace furnished with table and chairs, and two deck chairs for sunbathing: a small oasis of quiet, exclusive property, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
The apartment`s interior is airy and cozy. The entrance is a large living room furnished with table and chairs, TV and sofa.
Next to it is the modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, in which there is a washing machine. From here you exit to the back, where there is a pilozza.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both air conditioned. The fifth bed is a cot to be placed, on request.
Finally, there are 2 shower rooms, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fiifth bed is a cot to be placed.
