The two-room apartment consists of two rooms plus services.
The entrance is into a large living room furnished with an open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed. From here you move to 1 double bedroom and full shower room.
The apartment is one of the solutions offered by the Athena Apartments complex, consisting of three newly built two-room apartments, autonomous and independent of each other, adjacent to each other.

Athena Apartments is located in the built-up area of Porto Cesareo, among the most beautiful destinations for spending summer vacations in Salento.
The property is just 200 meters from the sea. The first sandy beaches are within a 5-minute walk, as are all the main services.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
