Villa Le Maree is a lovely, newly renovated villa, perfect for vacations in Torre Lapillo within walking distance of the sea, in a quiet area. The villa offers up to 8 beds.
The villa is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
In the garden, in addition to parking, there is a barbecue and outdoor shower. The villa is fully fenced. Pets are allowed.

Villa Le Maree is a modern villa with new furniture and large outdoor space equipped for relaxation.
Fully fenced, the villa has two entrance gates, one pedestrian and one for cars that can be parked inside.
On the front veranda there is a sitting area and a table soccer for guests` use.
At the back is a large shadedveranda, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower: a perfect place to relax, enjoy a barbecue with friends, experience nature and summer in total privacy.
The interior of Villa Le Maree opens with a spacious living room with comfortable corner sofa, TV and dining area. A lovely archway leads into the well-equipped kitchen, from which you also exit to the back veranda.
The sleeping area consists of 2 quad bedrooms, furnished with a double bed + double pull-out bed. There is air conditioning in the hallway to the rooms. The bathroom is complete with shower stall and washing machine.

Villa Le Marre is a few meters from the sea in Torre Lapillo, between the historic 16th-century tower and the Torre Castiglione resort, a place famous for its crystal-clear, uncontaminated sea.
The nearest coast, just a few steps away from the villa, is characterized by the alternation of sandy coves and stretches of low cliffs, in the setting of lush Mediterranean scrub.
The center of Torre Lapillo, with all services, is about 1.5 km away.
The area around the villa is populated with small villas immersed in nature, an ideal location also for those who love fishing, nature walks, excursions all along the ancient salt route, as well as swimming in the emerald waters of the Porto cesareo Marine Area.
 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
