Résidence Jolly Mare - Bilo

The two-room apartments are two vacation homes sleeping 5 each, in a residence just a few steps from the beach of Torre Lapillo. They are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet,
hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, alarm system.
Parking space in outdoor space shared with other vacation homes in the
residence.

The
two-room apartments are introduced by a lovely shaded veranda,
exclusive to the residence, furnished with table and chairs. The
interiors consist of a kitchen with a dining room and a single rollaway
bed, a quadruple room with a double bed + bunk bed sofa, and 1 shower room. At the back of the two-room apartments, there is also a second furnished veranda for spending time outdoors.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
 - Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
- Shared garden.
