Trilo Superior PT is located on the ground floor of Residence Kalura. It is a simple and essential vacation home where you can stay during your vacation in Puglia on the Ionian Sea.
Independent, the three-room apartment is introduced by a gate that opens onto a veranda furnished with a small table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment`s interior consists of: large living room with dining room, TV and 1 sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette with what you need to cook meals, 2 double bedrooms one of which has an en suite shower room, second full bathroom.
The
three-room apartment is one of several solutions offered by the
residence, which is spread over several levels, offering comfortable and
simple vacation homes a stone's throw from the sea.
The surroundings of the residence in Porto Cesareo
The vacation home is part of a recently built residence, located along one of the most important streets in Porto Cesareo that connects the center of the town to the long beaches of the coast.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the vacation homes, while the first equipped beaches are 500 meters away and are also within walking distance.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- One bathroom is en suite.
