The Villino is located just minutes from the heart of the lively town of Porto Azzurro, which can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Located in a residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center but close enough to be easily reached on foot or by car, which comes alive in the summer months, offering its visitors ever-changing events, bars, restaurants, small stores and craft stalls.
You will be just a few minutes' drive from the typical east coast beaches, such as those of Barbarossa, Reale and Terra Nera, but also those of golden sand such as Lido di Capoliveri, only six minutes away by car.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate garbage collection and dispose of it.

The detached Villino can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a bright living room with a sofa bed and dining table. The kitchenette has a gas stove and refrigerator with freezer, and from the kitchenette there is access to the outdoor garden through a back door. Second bathroom.
Entrance to the living room is through a glass door that opens onto the green, well-kept garden, with dining area protected during warmer hours by a cream-colored awning.

Important Notes:
- renting to groups of young people under 21 years of age is not allowed
- small pets allowed with an extra charge of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, if you have any needs you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the opening periods.
