Pal Friul - Villa Marinella

Welcome to Villa Marinella!

The Pal Friul apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the raised ground floor of Villa Marinella, a villa overlooking the Gulf of Mola with panoramic views of the sea and Capoliveri.

Shared facilities with the other guests of the property: outdoor shower, barbecue, parking, Wi-Fi connection. A means of transport is necessary.



The apartment features a sea-view terrace and consists of a living area with a kitchenette with ceramic glass cooktop and a fold-down double bed; one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, and window. The terrace is enclosed with a small gate, perfect for stays with four-legged friends, and is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and a sun umbrella.



The Villa has a total of 5 apartments and is located in Mola, Porto Azzurro. It is surrounded by nature and is perfect for guests seeking peace and wishing to explore Elba Island, discovering its beaches and the surrounding landscape.



Within a few minutes by car you will find the beaches of Naregno, Lido di Capoliveri (sand), Barabarca, Zuccale and Barbarossa. Each of these beaches meets different needs: from family-friendly beaches to small and wild coves.

Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri can both be reached in just a few minutes by car.

In two minutes by car you can reach the Coop supermarket in Mola and the gas station, and in five minutes you can access all the services of Porto Azzurro, which is only 1 km away. Capoliveri is about 4 km away, and the villa is also close to the most renowned beaches of the south-eastern coast.



The Villa is located in front of the Mola Bay landing area, a natural harbor protected from most winds, where a mooring field is active from May to October, offering berths for boats from 4 to 16 meters. 150 m away is the Dog Beach, a sand and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends.



We recommend arriving by car to explore the many different nearby beaches. The island is not easily accessible by public transport.



Arrival:

Once you arrive in Portoferraio, follow “all directions” and then take the road to Porto Azzurro (about 14 km).

Attention: after the first traffic light, the sea (Mola Bay) is on your right, and on your left is the Cala di Mola hotel complex, quite striking in its Moorish style. When you arrive there, you will see a private (natural) road on the left next to the hotel, which leads to Villa Marinella. Take this small road uphill, following the curve to the right.

If you arrive from Porto Azzurro (ferry from Cavo or Rio Marina), head towards Portoferraio and after about 800 meters on flat ground, just before the Cala di Mola hotel, you will find a private dirt road on your right that will take you to Villa Marinella. Take this small road, following the curve to the right.



The villa is located in an elevated position and to reach it, you must drive 100 m of uphill unpaved road.

To access the apartment, a few steps are required.

Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented upon request at €20 per person.
