We are in Barbarossa, the largest beach in the area, protected from the winds (except those from the south), transparent water, a sandy shore mixed with fine gravel, bars, restaurants and many other services. It is enclosed in a small gulf, offers both a free and equipped beach, and is ideal for both families and young people, certainly for those looking for a location that is not too crowded. For trekking lovers, there is a panoramic path that connects the beach to the town's seafront (about 1 km away), and runs along the walls of Forte San Giacomo. The Carmignani promenade also starts from the beach, lasting about 25 minutes. The crystal clear water also makes the destination ideal for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts, as well as the possibility of renting pedal boats, boats and windsurfing. Nearby are also the sister beaches Terranera and Reale, evocative and mysterious places, where time seems to have stopped.
Not far away you can find: tennis courts, soccer, playground, diving and windsurfing school, all the services you will need. The bus stop is located 100 meters away, although we recommend the area to travelers with autonomous vehicles.
Immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan Archipelago park, it is the ideal destination for lovers of nature, trekking and relaxation.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
House 6/7 sleeps - Maximum 6 adults + child aged 12 or younger
Property on two levels of about 90 m2 + uncovered areas with independent entrance; on the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and armchair and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a large triple bedroom overlooking the balcony, and a double bedroom with a single bed in the sailor style with a 4th pull-out bed. Double bathroom, one of which is service in the living area (sink and toilet). The property has a private entrance closed by a gate and a covered outdoor area equipped for eating.

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
