The Space:

Welcome to your modern retreat in the heart of Mississippi Ave — one of Portland’s most walkable and beloved neighborhoods. This thoughtfully designed unit features sleek lines, warm wood cabinetry, and stylish furnishings that feel both homey and elevated. The open-concept living area has a smart TV and WiFi — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils for cooking at home or reheating takeout from the food cart pod down the street. Mini-split A/C provides cooling, and large windows bring in beautiful light year-round.



Guest Access:

This is a private apartment in a five-unit building. The apartment interior is yours; there are no shared interior living spaces inside the apartment. Guests may pass through building entry areas to reach the unit.

You’re staying in one of Portland’s most iconic neighborhoods: Mississippi Ave. Nearby, you’ll find boutiques, breweries, music venues, and some of the best eats in the city — including Eem, Lovely’s Fifty Fifty, and ¿Por Qué No? Expect a mix of locals and visitors strolling the street, biking past colorful murals, or catching a live show at Mississippi Studios. It’s central and buzzing with creative energy.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden/Woodstock) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues with direct service to downtown.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network offers routes for exploring.



🚗 Driving — This home includes one assigned rear-lot space: the second gravel space from the left as you enter the lot from the alley (space 2 when counting from left to right). Additional vehicles must use legal street parking and follow posted signs.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car; allow for traffic. The MAX Yellow Line at the nearby Albina/Mississippi station connects to downtown and other MAX lines for airport access.

• No private outdoor space; the shared building entrance has six porch steps. The clawfoot bathtub requires a high step-over.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
