The space
This is a an 1800 sf apartment with living on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The apartment has been completed renovated over the last several years and features hardwood floors throughout, a beautiful kitchen with custom hand made cabinets and island, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and a built in oven with convection microwave. The 2nd floor space includes a cozy bedroom with a queen Murphy bed , a bathroom with a cast iron claw foot tub, dining room with table for 6, living room with leather couches, plus a extra room to sit abs relax. There's also a nice 8x12 deck off the kitchen with a small table and chairs. The 3rd floor includes 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds, a den/play room, a bathroom with double sinks and a stand up shower. There's also a small deck off the master bedroom.

Guests have full access to the front foyer and the apartment.
Other things to note
Street parking is also available for overnight use and on weekends. During the week, 2 hour parking is permitted from 9-5. Spots are typically available within a block of the apartment. A few nights a month parking on our street is not available, but is available on nearby streets. There is also a parking garage five blocks away.
