Port City Nest: Beautiful 2bd w/ Balcony & Parking

Come enjoy an gem in "The Port City"! This is a spacious two-bedroom apartment offering vintage charm with cozy beds and a suite of amenities, close to all that Portland has to offer (Downtown, Old Port and dozens of shops, cafes and restaurants). It's only a 5 min walk to the start of downtown and 15 mins to the Old Port.

No matter what brings you to Portland, The Port City Nest offers you a comfortable home base while you're in town.

This gorgeous two bedroom apartment comes with a parking space, private balcony, two cozy and comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and many beautiful architectural features such as tin ceilings, columns, a fireplace/mantle. You'll love it as much as all of our previous guests have!

Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable queen size memory foam mattress and Bedroom 2 has a more traditional, and also very comfortable, inner-spring queen mattress. Both bedrooms have cozy and luxurious linens, with an extra blanket just in case you like it extra warm.

We've created a small "Yoga Room" next to the balcony and offer you two yoga mats, a foam roller, and two meditation cushions. The Yoga Room is big enough for one person to do yoga, stretch, and/or meditate, and there's plenty of room for two people to do yoga in the dining room.

**Our cleaner only uses only non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products, detergents, and hand-soaps.

The building entrances and stairwells (front and back) are shared with the other apartments in the building, but The Port City Nest apartment is accessed through a private door on the second floor.

We will communicate by text, phone or Airbnb messages and will be readily available to ensure your stay is as comfortable and cozy as possible.

This apartment is located on a quiet street in the historic Parkside neighborhood. It's a short walk to downtown, the Old Port, and dozens of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

One off-street parking space will be available for your use. Additional parking is easy to find on the street and doesn't require a permit or payment (check the parking signs though!).

Walking to nearby places is also easy from this location! But when it's too cold or too hot, or you have to go far, there are many Uber and Lyft drivers around. There's also the Portland METRO Bus with a bus stop just two short blocks away.

- - No parties, animals, outside visitors, or overnight guests without previous approval from us
-- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside, even with windows open. If you do smoke, please smoke outside on the street level
- - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property
- - If you break or damage something, please let us know and so we can arrange for its replacement or repair
- - Follow our checkout procedure in the House Manual and postings at the apartment doors.
