Peaceful+Cozy StudioApt-Steps to Central Sellwood

Welcome to our sweet n’ cozy attached but very private studio apartment fully equipped with a luxurious iComfort king bed, fully stocked bathroom and kitchen spaces, and a comfortable seating area with a large high definition flat screen smart TV with a Roku. Guests have private access to the apartment and a small, exclusive, bright patio.

The space is perfect for folks visiting family/friends in the area, small families looking to explore Sellwood’s irresistible family-friendly charm, solo adventures/ couples looking for a cozy sanctuary, or business travelers interested in a quiet place to wind down.

The astounding natural beauty of the PNW inspires the decor of the space, and many guests comment on its exceptionally homey vibe (we think due to the happy plants and natural light.) We are conveniently tucked away around the corner from the hustle and bustle of one of Sellwood’s main “downtown” areas, but the space still maintains tranquility and peacefulness. An easily accessible home base!

With a walk score of 95, you can get to nearly anything you need with a 5-10 minute walk. Our location also has a bike score of 99… Some examples of easy locations to get to:

I really enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient but still felt private and peaceful.What stood out the most was how accommodating the host was. They were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay, and I’d happily book again in the future!

Loved this home and its location. It was clean and more spacious than expected, with some thoughtful extras. Lots of nearby shopping, food, and coffee/tea options. However, with the king- size bed right up against the wall it was difficult for this 80 year old to crawl in. I saw that when I chose this, but thought we would be able to move the bed away from the wall enough for me to slide in.

Perfect Portland Getaway – A Hidden Gem!

Spent a quick three-day trip in Portland and stumbled upon this absolute gem! The location is fantastic, with plenty to explore within walking distance or a short drive. The space is exactly as pictured—welcoming and well-equipped. You enter through the kitchen/dining area, which has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The living room flows into the bedroom without a dividing wall, so if kids are sleeping on the couches, just keep in mind there’s no privacy. That said, the room itself is spacious, with ample storage for clothes and a cozy couch to unwind. The bed? Super comfortable and easily accommodated my 6'3" frame. The bathroom is a good size, but the real star of the show is the shower head—hands down the best I’ve ever used! In fact, we loved it so much, we’re buying one for home. Just five houses down East, you’ll find charming shops and a variety of places to eat, sip, and experience Portland’s unique vibe. The Portland Bottle Shop offers a great outdoor space for people-watching, and Gino’s Restaurant & Bar served up one of the best filets I’ve ever had. Head West, and you’ll reach the river, where you can enjoy scenic bike and walking paths, river beaches, and plenty of activities to keep you busy. There’s even an amusement park on the grounds!

Portland weekend perfect location amazing landing pad

Sellwood neighborhood is beautiful, dense with both beautiful housing and giant trees but also every urban amenity. This home is quiet and cozy but just one block from the action.I think listing said studio but actually it’s tow rooms: an extremely well-appointed kitchen and a large living/sleeping area that easily fit us and our three adult children who would come over to lounge before dinner. Charming private back patio. Perfect.

Lovely location and set-up

The location near the park in one direction and the main street with bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, etc., is superb. The unit itself has a nice little kitchenette, sitting area, bath and space for a bed. The bed took almost the entire space in front of the bathroom, making a compromise between having a nice big bed but a very crowded space to get in and out. Communication from the owner was thorough and helpful.

Xica's place was very cozy, comfortable and convenient! There were a lot of extra touches (nice hand lotion, staples in the kitchen, etc), and it's in my favorite neighborhood in Portland, within steps of great coffee, food and shopping.
