This listing includes exclusive access to the entire duplex, which consists of two fully private apartments—one on the upper level and one on the lower level. You’ll have access to both units, including all 7 bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and multiple living and dining areas.



Each apartment has its own separate entrance, with no interior connection; go outside to move between them. Exterior stairs lead to both entrances. This makes it ideal for larger groups who want to stay together while still enjoying a bit of privacy. There are no shared spaces with other guests—this booking is for the entire property.



The upper-apartment fireplace is decorative and must not be used.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
