Cozy and quiet studio

Enjoy a cozy, private studio in a peaceful neighborhood, complete with your own driveway and separate entrance. Commonwealth Lake Park is nearby, perfect for a relaxing 1.5-mile walk around the lake and back. Nike headquarters is 5 minutes away, Cedar Hills shopping and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, and downtown Portland just 15 minutes. With easy access to Hwy 26 and Hwy 217, exploring Portland and the surrounding area is a breeze. The sleeping and living areas are combined in one open room, with a separate bathroom. The TV swivels so you can comfortably watch it from the couch, bed, or kitchenette area. The kitchenette includes a mini frig with a separate freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (one K-Cup per person daily, up to 4 days), toaster, and air fryer. Please note that there is no stove or oven. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included with your stay. The smart TV also allows you to access your personal streaming accounts. Please note that streaming subscriptions are not provided. The studio has a convenient keyless entry system with a locking keypad. A unique access code will be provided for your stay, so there are no keys to worry about! The driveway directly in front of the studio and the paved patio area to the right of the studio are yours to enjoy during your stay. The remainder of the house and yard are private and reserved for the residents of the main house. Thank you for respecting their space and privacy!
