• Mini-splits in both ground-floor spaces for cooling & heating; heads sharing the system must use the same mode

The Neighborhood:

One of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Alberta Arts is bursting with color, culture, and creativity. Murals line the streets, and nearly every block is home to an art gallery, boutique, coffee shop, or food destination.



Walk to Salt & Straw for inventive ice cream flavors, grab brunch at Tin Shed Garden Cafe, or enjoy local beers at Great Notion. Last Thursday art events add to the neighborhood’s creative energy; check the current calendar when planning your visit. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll.



With downtown and the airport reachable by car, you’re tucked into one of Portland's most beloved residential pockets. Allow for traffic when planning your trip.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're a block from NE Alberta Street in the Alberta Arts District, with cafes, restaurants, galleries, and shops within an easy walk. Alberta Park is a few blocks away.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Line 72 (Killingsworth/82nd Ave) runs on nearby NE Killingsworth St, with connections across the city. Check trimet.org for the best route downtown.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is subject to posted signs and available spaces. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car; allow for traffic.



Other Things to Note:

• This is a multi-level home with stairs between each floor; the kitchen, living area, laundry and upper bedrooms require stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.



The dining table seats 6. The ground-floor bathroom is entered through Suite D’s sleeping area, and the other bathroom is on the third floor. The townhouse and studio have separate exterior entrances.



Juliet balconies are narrow openings rather than outdoor seating areas. Main living-area windows have no curtains or blinds, and sound may carry between spaces and from the Alberta corridor.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
