« Really welcoming and charming couple. We had the loft room and it was a small but lovely room. Wish the bathroom was in the room but the bathroom was still really nice and pretty. The garden is so pretty and well maintained. We didn't use the spa but we had a look and it looks really amazing especially with the view. Breakfast was amazing and we are sorry that we left in a hurry without saying goodbye. We definitely recommend this lovely B&B. À bientôt! x »

« The room was very clean and well appointed, local shops and Rye pier are just a short walk down the road and the hot springs are less than 10 minutes away. Charles is a great host, the big breakfast was amazing, would love to stay here again. »

« Excellent. Greeted by lovely friendly and welcoming lady owner who was very kind and accommodating. Large spacious car park out the front of your room. Room spacious, spotless, very clean and comfortable. Lovely chairs and table where you can sit at the front of the unit, and chairs and table where you can sit at the back of your unit. Lovely area to sit outside while relaxing, surrounding gardens beautiful, neat and tidy. Short walk to RSL.Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much...
