« The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break.
