✔ Dog-friendly: Must be 12+ months, well-trained & housebroken (max 2 dogs)
✔ Non-refundable pet fee: $200 per pet
✔ Free parking for 2 vehicles (Boat and trailer parking is permitted on the driveway and carport only. Please do not park on the street.)
✔ Ring doorbell (front) camera for security
✔ Long-term stays welcome

* Community amenities such as the pool are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time. If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not send or mail any packages or items to the home.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.
