Seaclusion lives up to its name by being the perfect oceanfront retreat for your next vacation. This home is located directly on the ocean on one of the rare, traffic-free beaches in Volusia county! It's in a completely residential area with no beach traffic and no hotels anywhere nearby.

Step through the front door and into paradise! This home includes elevated designer furnishings and finishes throughout. The main level of the home is actually the second level which allows guests the best views. The oceanfront family room leads into an oceanfront dining room with warm finishes. From the dining room, step into the fully stocked, spacious kitchen. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan allows for the whole group to gather and enjoy time together with oceanfront views.

The only bedroom on the second level is the primary suite making it a retreat all onto itself. The primary suite features all designer Tommy Bahama decor and furnishings as well as private access onto the oceanfront sundeck through the double doors. The primary also includes an adjustable king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom holds a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. The second floor also includes a half bathroom which is very convenient to use when enjoying the outdoor space. The sun deck, which holds the beach access steps, is also on the second level of the house.

Head down to the first level of the home to find the two guest bedrooms. The home does include a removable baby gate for those with young children.
The first guest bedroom is the largest and features an adjutsable queen bed, twin/twin trundle bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom is nearby and includes one twin bed and a TV. Additionally, the first floor contains the 1-car garage and an on-site laundry room.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! A spacious, vinyl deck greets you with outdoor dining furniture and lounge furniture. No need to stop the fun in the sun when tummies start to growl as the deck includes a gas grill for al-fresco, oceanfront dining. The oceanfront deck includes an area where guests can enjoy the outdoor lounge chairs to soak up some rays while listening to the sound of waves crashing into the shore. Private beach access steps take you to your oceanfront oasis. There's a convenient, outdoor shower with hot water located on the back deck as well to rinse off sand.

There is a shed just off the deck that includes some beach items. Beach items are never guarnateed due to how fast they break from salt corrosion but generally, there is a decent supply of beach chairs and boogie boards. Guests who purchase items they can't take home are welcome to leave items behind for future guests.

Please note this home allows for 2 vehicles maximum, or the motorcycle equivalent. A 1-car garage is available for guest use and there's a small driveway as well. This means one vehicle, or the motorcycle equivalent, can be parked in the garage and another in the driveway. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

Port Orange is small city on the beach but is also very close to Ponce Inlet as well. Port Orange is a quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet and features mostly full-time residents with no hotels in the beach-side area of the city. Port Orange is home to Boondocks restaurant where you can casually dine alfresco on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by. Nearby is the Ponce Preserve and Lighthouse as well as many other nature parks. For Ponce Inlet dining you have many options just a quick drive away such as Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar just to name a few. Also a short drive away are attractions such as the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center. The Daytona Speedway is about a 20 minute drive from this home as it's further inland. Also about a 20-25 minute drive from the home are all the main attractions and features of Daytona Beach such as the convention center, Main Street, and the Boardwalk.

If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This is by far our favorite vacation rental. We love the layout of the house the decor and furniture set up. The back deck was magical. We sat out there every day and night watching the ocean waves. It was so calming. The beach access from the house was so convenient. The house was well stocked as well. We would love to come back there again.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfy, and waking up to that stunning view every day was just paradise. The beach wasn’t crowded, and the shed of beach chairs/toys was wonderful to be able to use. This will definitely be my go to place for whenever we’re in Florida.

Great place on the beach. The front of the house was on a very busy street and we really had to watch the kiddos. Doors locked but turning the knob opened them from inside so had to rearrange furniture to block the front door and make it safe. Also, the back door had a ‘step over’ threshold which needed daily reminders for the young and old in the group. All had a wonderful visit and would do it again when the littles are older.

Five day Easter get away on the beach! Morning sunrises & coffee on the back deck. Mini golf, great restaurants nearby. Beautiful home we will definately stay again!
